Fox Run is a newer neighborhood in the popular area near Old Henry Road. Close to both Woodmont and prestigeous Lake Forest, Fox Run offers homes in from $300-$400k. This neighborhood was just developed about five years ago and already they built more than 50 homes, with more under construction as I type. If you’re looking for new construction in the price range, this east end of Louisville subdivision with worth considering.
