Let’s get to the numbers!

Would you look at that?! Home sale prices in this Louisville real estate report skyrocketed in April with a serious gain over April. Sales volume is almost an exact match for last year.

Pretty strong month for Area 2 in both metrics. We see prices bounce back up as they should heading into summer and home sales surpassed the previous year.

Another winning area for our St. Matthews. Prices could (should?) be higher but sales are great!

Here we see prices rising at a tremendous pace. Demand is obviously there but lacking supply. Sales would be even higher if there were homes in this MLS area.

Prices are improving after a dismal winter and sales look better so that’s a start.

Sales improved over April but couldn’t match the previous year’s total. Prices are all over the board here.

Much better month for MLS Area 9 (Prospect, Anchorage, Glenview, etc.) as both numbers are much improved.

Sales are better but home sale prices remain flat in Oldham County. At least prices in North Oldham are a bit better.

Looks like our sale price trend line is actually moving lower. Not a good sign in residential real estate. At least there’s good news when we look at improved sales.
