Very strong month for real estate in Oldham County, while Jefferson County performed well, if not better.
The biggest winners for home value appreciation is Area 21, the southern portion of Oldham County. Area 7 wins for biggest improvement in home sales for the month.

Louisville Real Estate Reports (period ending November 2013)
Area 2 was the worst performing area in our monthly reporting as both home values and sales dropped, disappointing after what had transpired earlier in the year.
Second straight month where home sales failed to beat the previous year but at least home values spiked much higher.
After a very strange October, home sales rebounded in November but even still failed to surpass the totals of last year. Home values beat the trend-line further moving this sector higher.
Great month for home sales in Area 7, while values dipped a bit. This marks the 9th straight month with improved home sales.
Home sales beat out the previous year in this area but home values took a significant hit in doing so.
Other than Oldham County, this was the top performing area in our Louisville Real Estate report. Home sales in Area 9 were quite good and values moved much higher.
Home sales were great in this portion of Oldham but values continue to be flat.
Tremendous month for home sales in the Southern portion of Oldham, actually more than 100% improvement over the previous year. Home values are also on the upswing.
