This is the third straight month where home sales have trailed the previous year for this area. Not a positive trend but home are sure selling fast here so if you’re considering a home sale in his area, move quickly. Price are moving higher as well.
More home sales in Area 3 during March than in February but far behind last March’s total. Home values here are trending higher.
Area 6 performed much like Area 3 with sales disappointing while values move higher. It’s a common these for most of Louisville Kentucky real estate.
Disappointing sales here in Area 7 as well. Weather should be blamed for much of it but low home inventory is also a culprit. Home values are barely above where they were one year ago.
Great month for sale prices but sales activity is down quite a bit from last year’s wonderful March. Overall values are inching higher.
Another month where sales trail the previous year and values didn’t impress. Lots of work to do here.
Not much is happening in Area 20 these days. Values are flat and sales are down. There’s a great deal of opportunity here if a developer could find a great piece of land to purchase.
One of the only areas in our monthly survey that actually had higher home sales for the month of March. Home sale prices, however, aren’t as healthy as one would expect. The latest numbers actually are moving the trend-line lower.
