Welcome to our Louisville real estate charts for March 2015. Home sales were up in all but one monthly charted area, which is great news. Some were up big!
The biggest winner was Area 8 which saw huge gains in sales and a nice upward spike in home prices. We expect this to continue going forward into the Spring and Summer.
