As you would expect with school starting, home sales have dropped in every area with Area 9 being the strongest. The bigger problem is that the level on some of these areas is extremely low, almost anemic. Hardest hit are Areas 6 & 20.
The bright spot is the home values are improving in most areas. This means for buyers looking to get a good deal on a new home, time is working against you.
