Big drop in sales as values remain steady. - Area 3: Clifton/Crescent Hill/St. Matthews
Nice increase for June but lost last year’s bigger June so trend drops. Sales, however, big winner. - Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 6: Buechel/Highview/Okolona/Fern Creek
Medium drop in values but all other variables remain steady for this area. - Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 7: Jeffersontown/Fern Creek/Hikes Point
Not a very dramatic month for this area in either category. Still moving ahead of previous year. - Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 8: Middletown/Hurstbourne/Douglass Hills/Anchorage
Respectable increases in sales and values over last year’s June. - Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 9: Prospect/Anchorage/Glenview/Lyndon
For the first time in the past year home values trend upward. Sales also up. - Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 20: Oldham County N-I71
Another big month as trend crosses $240k. Sales also up significantly over previous year. - Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 21: Oldham County S-I71
Healthy jump in both values and sales for June in Area 21.
