September was a great month for home sales in Louisville, Kentucky. Check out that light blue bar!
After July, things weren’t looking so good for the remainder of 2016 but August and September came through big time with strong Louisville home sales.
For the year we’re actually ahead of last year’s record pace! Year to date 9,137 (2016) to 8,792 (2015) is good for a 3.92% lead!
Looking just at September, there were 1,116 Louisville homes sold in September 2016. That’s 8.03% higher than September 2015. All positive news. Especially since housing inventory is still incredibly low—with our absorption rate below 3 months yet again.
