South Oldham (#21) and Highlands (#2) didn’t show the same great numbers that were displayed in other parts of the city during the month.
But on the whole, numbers are moving in the right direction. 2015 looks to be near a record breaking year. After a strong 2014, we’re arriving close the high water mark of 2005 with our real estate totals.
Louisville Home Sales Charts (period ending October 2015)
Great activity in number of homes sold for St. Matthews MLS area but it’s troubling to see the values continue to slide. This might be a market correction because there’s really no other strong explanation for it to be the case.
Our Okolona market report continues to impress with both metrics performing quite well. Median sales value is the highest it’s been, well… ever. This while home sales are strong after a slow start to the year.
The Jeffersontown area has had a very strong year so far with home values moving higher and sales keeping pace as well. Just barely edged the previous year in sales this October but looking at the Summer months, this value is perfectly in line with a bell curve.
